1. Returns
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the issue.
2. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Replacements
- If eligible, replacment or exhcange of the product will be delivered within 4-5 days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the nature of health supplements, opened or used products cannot be returned.
- Only unused, sealed items in original packaging are eligible for return.
